Please prep your hair before service, wash tangle and blow dry. 

If you cannot prep your own hair, please contact me 

to book these services for an additional charge.

 

This will need to be scheduled for a day before your appointment.

Same day prep is not available at this time.

 

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to settle and begin before starting appointment.

 

Late arrivals will result in cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of deposit.  

 

Each client will receive a 15 MINUTE grace period. 

 

Appointment will be canceled  and deposit will be forfeited at the 15th minute.

 

Communication beforehand of late arrival will not exempt you from cancellation (i.e "I am in traffic, speeding to come" , "I woke up late", I am dropping off a family member" etc.) No exceptions.

 

I will always value your time as you value mine, when you cancel or arrive late, I lose the monetary value given at the appointment while the client only loses their $70 deposit. 

This is why, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

                                        Rules 

 

1.) No kids are allowed at your appointment.

      a.) There is a daycare in the building, please contact Marvelous Mind Academy for availability.

 

2.)Remaining balance must be paid cash ONLY.

      a.) There is an ATM inside the building

 

3.) Deposit always goes toward service

 

4.) Netflix ,Hulu ,and Youtube TV Library will be provided for your       entertainment 

 

5.) You have the right to a silent appointment, please contact me beforehand for this request.

 

 6.) Hair is NOT included in services.

        a.) hair must be drop off  one day before your  actually appointment.
